In order to become a SOGO professional client you have to provide us with: – Complete data of the company: fiscal address, office address, telephone, fax, e-mail, VAT number, contact person. – Warehouse address, in case it is different from the tax domicile. – Bank with which it normally operates. We serve complete packaging units and postage paid for minimum orders of 600 euros. (These conditions are only valid for the peninsula. See for Canary Islands, Portugal and Andorra).

In all its products, SOGO offers the 3-year warranty established by the Law. This warranty applies to all faults caused by manufacturing defects; It does not apply to breakdowns caused by misuse of the appliance.

The customer number appears on your invoice, just above the name or business name of the company. It is a unique number of each client, composed of five digits.

Normally, the delivery process of an order consists of 2-3 days
